About the event
Andrew Warburton, a student of folklore, will speak about New England's fairy folklore of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. His lecture will chart the history of Indigenous and Anglo-American pukwudgies and mikumwessuk (Algonquian Little People). Andrew has authored short stories and poems, and has recently published his first book: New England Fairies.: A history of the little people of the hills and forests. $5 at the door; OBHS members are free.
